Quality Tube Services is a dedicated supplier and fabricator of pipes and pipe fittings to the Mining, Industrial and Agricultural sectors.
Founded in 1985, we have supplied piping to Southern, Central and West Africa and to Eastern Europe, satisfying the requirements of both local and international clients.
We regard our core business as not simply to supply pipes and fittings to the construction industry, but also to provide a service to our clients covering the full spectrum of their piping requirements. This means that we get involved with the clients project where necessary, thus being able to scrutinise their requirements, making the correct recommendations, improvements and comments based on our experience and expertise.
We offer a design service, which would benefit a client who may lack the capabilities in certain elements of piping engineering. We also offer a draughting service where we produce piping general arrangements, piping isometric drawings, and various project related detail drawings and designs. Furthermore, in the past, we have produced full material take off’s of mining plant piping where all the client had to work with were, out of scale, dimensionless G.A. drawings. One such project constituted over twenty kilometers of in-plant pipes and fittings.
The ‘Quality’ component of our name is very important to us. Not only do we strive to supply a quality service, but we also take pride in the quality of our fabricated products. One of the main reasons for this is that our employees have a long service records with Quality Tubes, and as a result, we are able to utilize them in their best capacity by building a team based on known entities and proven abilities.
Coupled with effective production planning, stringent quality monitoring and in-house training, we are able to offer a product based on professionalism and supported by an impressive track record. Over the years we have built up a strong team of employees who are passionate about the piping industry and notably, the vast majority of whom, have been involved in piping for most of their working lives. This type of dedicated experience filters right down to the shop floor where we enjoy the services of some of the most talented pipe fitters, boilermakers and welders in the industry.
With a strong and highly capable team, and the good reputation with our suppliers and clients built up over many years of successful business, we are able to offer prices that are highly competitive without compromising quality and delivery.
